Shipping & Returns
When will my products be dispatched?
Our printing time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. We make everything to order, but we are very fast.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD.The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. Rest assured we will keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail or DPD.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.If an order does not arrive, we always recommend to check at your local post office and confirm your address is correct. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item itself, we cannot accept returns or exchanges as it costs us to create your item.
If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery.
What if my order is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
